1. Who we are

The Mumsurvey panel is operated by Mum'sViews Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 05753283, with its registered office at Holt Court, 16 Warwick Row, 2nd Floor, Coventry CV1 1EJ. For anything to do with your personal data we are the data controller. You can contact us at enquiries@mumsurvey.co.uk.

2. Agreeing to these terms

When you register for Mumsurvey you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not register.

3. Who can join

To join the panel you must:

  • be 18 or over;
  • be a resident of the United Kingdom;
  • hold one account per person, registered with accurate details; and
  • provide a valid email address and a PayPal account (or other approved method) to receive rewards.

We may decline or close any account that does not meet these conditions.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please keep your details up to date so we can send relevant surveys and pay your rewards. Do not create more than one account, and do not let anyone else use yours — duplicate or shared accounts may be closed and rewards obtained through them withheld.

5. How the panel works

We will email you survey invitations we think are relevant to you. You are never obliged to take part in any survey, and skipping one will not affect future invitations. Some surveys are run by us and some by trusted third-party research partners; either way, your answers are used for market research only (see our Privacy Policy).

We ask that your answers are honest and given with reasonable care. Deliberately false, rushed or contradictory answers undermine the research and may lead to a survey being rejected, rewards being withheld, or the account being closed.

6. Rewards and prize draws
  • You earn rewards for completing qualifying surveys.
  • You can cash out once your balance reaches £5, in £5 increments, paid via PayPal — at any time, including just before you leave.
  • We run monthly prize draws, drawn on the last day of each month. The full terms for each draw — including the closing date, the prize, and how winners are chosen and notified — are published on the site.
  • Rewards have no cash alternative beyond the stated payout method and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • When you leave the panel, your account closes immediately and any un-cashed balance is given up at that point. We close accounts straight away — rather than holding your details open while waiting for a payout — so that you stop receiving survey invitations at once. If you want your balance, cash out before you unsubscribe.
  • We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, or a breach of these terms.
  • If an account is completely inactive for 24 months, we will email you notice; if there is no response within a further month, any remaining balance lapses and the account may be closed.
7. Acceptable use

When using the panel, please do not:

  • register more than once, or impersonate anyone else;
  • give knowingly false information to qualify for surveys or rewards;
  • use bots, scripts or automated means to complete surveys; or
  • interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Breaking these may result in surveys being rejected, rewards being withheld, and the account being closed.

8. Your data and privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: we are the data controller (Mum'sViews Ltd, company number 05753283); we use your data only for market research; we keep only what we need to invite you to surveys and pay your rewards; and we do not share it for any other purpose.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used, plus the other rights set out in the Privacy Policy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Leaving the panel and deleting your data

You can leave at any time. There are two ways to do so:

  • If you are a panel member: log into your account and unsubscribe via the Dashboard; or
  • By email: send an email to admin@mumsurvey.co.uk with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

Your removal takes effect immediately — you will stop receiving survey invitations straight away. If you have £5 or more in your account and want it, cash out before you unsubscribe. Your personal data will be deleted, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations (for example, payment records for tax purposes) and a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current dated version on the site, and we will email you about significant changes (for example, changes to how rewards work) before they take effect. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Our responsibility to you

We provide the panel with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England & Wales.
